There’s a specific magic in how Evan Cooper handles a melody. Since exploding onto the music scene two years ago, this 16-year-old vocal powerhouse has carved out a space where mainstream pop meets authentic storytelling. Evan translates the rollercoaster of being sixteen into acoustic-driven anthems that capture the lightning-in-a-bottle chaos of adolescence. With the release of his self-written debut album, Freshman, Evan proves that his infectious energy, magnetic personality, and undeniable talent are impossible to ignore!

Evan's journey kicked off with his debut single, "Don’t Come Crying Back to Me" (October 2024) - a witty breakup track that peaked at #5 on the CIOE East Coast Top 30 chart and earned a spot in its Hall of Fame. He followed up at age 14 with "Out Of Love," which peaked at #2 on the national CICC top 200 countdown, hit the top 10 on Alberta radio, became Music NB’s Song of the Week (April 2025), and also entered the CIOE East Coast Top 30 Hall of Fame after 10 consecutive weeks. Together, these early singles amassed over 20,000 streams within their first six months.

Building on this momentum, Evan released "Prom King" (June 2026) and "Run Away With Me" (May 2026) - which earned him his first #1 hit on the East Coast Top 30, and peaked at #2 on the CICC. His latest single, "Freshman," dives headfirst into high school pressures and self-doubt. The official music video, directed by FLOMotion Productions vividly brings that struggle to life. Evan’s full-length studio album officially arrived on September 18, 2026.

A veteran of major music festivals, songwriting showcases across multiple provinces, and television appearances like Harvest Music Festival, EMERGE Fest, and the Christmas Daddies telethon, Evan regularly collaborates with top East Coast talent, continuing  to refine a sound well beyond his years.
